TALITA emerges as a fashion jewellery house shaped by the shared vision and creative dialogue of founders Talya Shelley and Carolina Aldrovandi, launched in Spring/Summer 2019.
The Aesthetic
Informed by their multicultural perspectives and a distinctly refined aesthetic, TALITA’s creations channel a contemporary sensibility with a retro undercurrent, where emotion, energy, archetypal symbols, and sacred geometry converge in bold, sculptural forms. Echoes of Art Deco and the liberated spirit of the 1960s and 1970s run through the collections, expressed in meticulous pavé settings, striking colour pairings, and unexpected compositions that suggest a sense of wanderlust and intrigue.
Originally crafted in silver and evolved into stainless steel for enhanced durability and wearability, TALITA distils the codes of fine jewellery into elevated yet accessible pieces, designed to be stacked, layered and mixed with ease, allowing the wearer to create a look that feels instinctive and effortlessly their own.
The Evolution
Since 2024, TALITA enters a new phase, with founder Talya Shelley joined by Nicole Abate, a long-time client and close confidante of the brand. Together, they bring a considered, editorial sensibility, favouring the elevation of signature pieces over seasonal proliferation. This evolving direction introduces a curated vintage offering, extending TALITA’s narrative while preserving the distinctive codes that define the house.
